By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Mivello, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app. Your use of Mivello is also subject to any applicable platform rules, including Apple App Store requirements where relevant.
This Agreement applies to all use of the app and its features, including menu records, meal planning tools, grocery list functions, export tools, and any optional paid features made available through the app.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, billing features, or business practices. Updated terms become effective when posted in or through the app, unless a later effective date is stated.
If you continue using Mivello after the updated Agreement takes effect, that continued use means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the app.
Mivello is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, be error-free, or produce complete or accurate meal planning, grocery, or statistical results. You use the app and any output at your own discretion and risk.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Mivello for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license allows you to use the app to create and manage household dish records, meal plans, grocery lists, favorites, order notes, and related exports.
You may not use Mivello for resale, commercial hosting, service bureau purposes, or any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Mivello. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using the app on behalf of another person or household, you represent that you are authorized to do so and remain responsible for compliance with this Agreement.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Mivello at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement, created legal risk, misused paid features, interfered with the app, or engaged in conduct that may harm us, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using Mivello at any time. Termination or discontinuation of use does not automatically entitle you to any refund for in-app purchases, virtual currency, or unused features, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
You are responsible for all information, photos, notes, labels, ingredients, dates, preferences, family member names, and other content you enter, upload, store, export, or manage through Mivello. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the app complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others.
You must use your own judgment when recording or relying on dish details, ingredients, spice levels, cooking times, and planning information. Mivello does not independently verify user-provided content. You are solely responsible for backing up any information you consider important, for reviewing exported materials before sharing or saving them, and for managing local data on your device.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mivello and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the app; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content you upload, create, export, or share through Mivello.
Mivello is offered on an availability basis only. We do not guarantee that the app, any feature, or any purchase-related function will always be available, timely, secure, or free from bugs or compatibility issues.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, discontinue, suspend, or remove any part of the app at any time, including free features, coin-based tools, export functions, and local record handling workflows. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, device limitations, platform changes, or reasons beyond our control.
Mivello may offer consumable virtual currency in the form of coins through Apple in-app purchases. Coins may be used for optional features such as Prep Pack generation and, where offered, export-related tools. Prep Pack currently consumes 60 coins per use, while other coin costs may vary by feature as displayed in the app at the time of use.
Coins are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value, no stored value outside the app, and no right of redemption or exchange for money, goods, or services except as expressly described in the app. All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple policy. We may change the pricing, availability, use rules, or coin requirements for features at any time. If your device, account, or app access is lost, we do not guarantee restoration of locally tracked balances except to the extent supported by Apple purchase records and applicable platform functionality.
Mivello, including its software, design, interface, text, logos, graphics, organization, compilations, features, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of Mivello unless such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
You retain ownership of the photos, dish names, ingredients, cooking notes, meal dates, favorites, order records, and other content you provide to Mivello. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
However, by using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and duration-limited license to host, store, process, format, display, and use your content only as needed to operate the app's functions for you, such as showing menu archives, generating grocery lists, preparing meal plans, exporting cards, and maintaining local app functionality. This license ends when your content is deleted from the app, subject to any technical retention required for transaction validation, legal compliance, or device-level recovery processes outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mivello and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or device content, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Mivello will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the app's in-app purchases in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Mivello may automatically organize or summarize information you provide into outputs such as grocery lists, meal plans, dish groupings, history views, dining statistics, favorites, and Prep Pack text. These results are generated from user-entered information and app logic and are offered for general informational and convenience purposes only.
We do not guarantee that generated or summarized results are accurate, complete, up to date, nutritionally appropriate, medically suitable, safe for allergies or dietary restrictions, or suitable for any specific household decision. Mivello does not provide nutrition advice, medical advice, disease-related diet guidance, calorie precision, food safety analysis, or automated dish recognition. Any reliance on generated results is entirely at your own risk.
Mivello is a lightweight household menu management and meal planning app designed primarily for families, couples, and people sharing meals at home. The app allows users to organize dish photos and dish records into a personal household menu system that can be used for ordering within the household, planning meals, preparing grocery lists, and reviewing past meal activity.
Users may manually create dish entries with fields such as dish photo, dish name, category, ingredients, spice level, cooking time, taste tags, cooking notes, and meal date. Users may edit all fields manually. The app does not automatically identify dishes, diagnose food content, or make judgments about ingredients, nutrition, or safety.
Mivello includes household menu archive and planning tools such as category management, favorites, weekly meal planning for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, family or couple order records, grocery list summaries based on planned dishes, menu timeline history, and dining statistics reports. These outputs are based on user-entered records and are intended to help users coordinate meals and review household preferences and patterns.
The app also provides utility functions including copying meal plans or grocery lists, editing dish records, duplicating plans, deleting records, exporting menu cards or planning visuals to the photo library, and clearing locally stored data from settings. In the MVP version, recent dish and plan history may be limited to approximately the most recent 50 records stored locally on the device.
Mivello is not a food delivery platform, restaurant booking service, public recipe community, e-commerce marketplace, merchant comparison tool, or real-time multi-user social network. It does not promise professional nutrition guidance, therapeutic outcomes, weight-loss results, disease-related dietary advice, precise calorie calculation, or food safety conclusions. Household member names and order notes are manually entered for local planning purposes only.
The app may request device permissions only when needed, such as camera access to capture dish photos, photo library access to import dish images, and photo library add permission to save exported menu cards, grocery lists, or plan images. User dish photos, dish records, household order records, meal plans, and grocery lists are intended for local storage on the device and may be cleared by the user. Coin balances may involve local tracking together with Apple in-app purchase validation mechanisms.
Mivello offers a free core experience that includes manual dish recording, archive browsing, category management, planning, and grocery list use. Optional paid efficiency features may be unlocked through consumable coins purchased via Apple in-app purchases. For example, a Prep Pack may organize saved dish and ingredient information into reusable prep text, shopping groups, or quick-meal priorities.
You agree not to: use Mivello for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose; interfere with or disrupt the app or related systems; bypass security or access controls; attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts, or app components; or use the app in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
You also agree not to copy, scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, automate access to, or interact with the app using bots, scripts, or similar tools unless expressly permitted by us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying logic, except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this restriction.
In addition, you must not upload or manage content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, abusive, malicious, obscene, deceptive, or harmful; introduce viruses or other harmful code; misuse in-app purchases or virtual currency; impersonate another person; or use Mivello to create false records or misleading exports intended to deceive others.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If a specific jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
